[Approved] Ironman Subsection

Hi all

Just a simple suggestion to make "OSRS Ironman Accounts" section clean and spam free



I suggest OSRS Ironman Accounts subsections:

1. Ironman below 1500 total
2. Ironman above 1500 total
3. HCIM below 1500 total
4. HCIM above 1500 total
5. UIM

Why? Because Ironman market right now is full of automated bumpers and prod accounts (fe 99fm HCIM) & in my opinion subsections would help.

I support the idea of adding subsections, and I also agree with the users above regarding how many.

What if.. instead of the 5 proposed, we try something like:

• Ironman Starters
• HCIM Starters
• Ironman Mains

Where ironman mains would be: Ironman, HCIM, and UIM. (Combined) The market is mostly filled with starters and mains (both Ironman and HCIM). However, the vast majority seems to be starters. Therefore, I would definitely propose those 2 separate subsections. I would say that mains are the remaining interest but not necessarily overwhelming enough to warrant separate subsections. (In my opinion)

There's definitely not enough UIM builds being sold to warrant a separate subsection for that though. Maybe in the future if it does pick up traction? <3

 

I absolutely support this; It's needed and should be implemented asap. Nothing is more annoying than trying to search thru 50 threads trying to find decent main ironmen for sale. The ironman market used to be small, but it seems most are shifting that direction. Time for an overhaul!

 

The ironman section has 2,739 threads which is a sizeable amount and seems like enough to justify multiple subsections. I think <1,500 and >1,500 makes sense for now. The great thing about Sythe is that if there seems to be a better solution after implementation, it can always be changed.

I support having a more detailed ironman section. It would also help from new players posting in with the regular accounts.

 

Also support. I do have to agree with Zora though, 5 subsections would be a lot.

Doing <1500 total level and 1500> total level would already be a good filter. Perhaps one more section with accounts that have a total level of <500 in order to filter out the starter accounts. This would create three sections; one for starter accounts, one for mediocre accounts and one for high level accounts.

I'd rather see three sections, because if there's only two it can be expected that the <1500 total section level gets flooded with these starter accounts. This would create the same problem just in a different section. A <500 total level section would solve this problem; people who are looking for a low level starter could go to this section.

Besides that i think it's a good suggestion, i support this.

I agree with @Icc . This seems pretty easy to implement and would be a nice addition to the market. @Exoticz has it right here IMO there needs to be a section we can cram all the "starter" accs into so that the actual iron mains have sections that they don't get spammed over in.

But yes please! It's just full of ironman starters. I'd propose 3 sections
