Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:i just declined to deliver to payment because i felt im at risk and the guy got refuned didnt even try to scam or anything its was only few dollars

I know you were inactive for quite some time, but it's been 3 years and I don't believe you were looking to scam during the time and OP (who is DNT now) seemed to a huge pain in the ass throughout that report. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here by supporting this TWC dispute.
