Dzeny using my assets + ban evading

So, Menk bought the files for the avatar below.

But Izad, these are not similar? Let us have a closer look.

• Note that the wave effect has the exact same size, placement and timing.
• Note that the transition has the exact same timing.
• Note that the wave effect behaves the exact same way. That's because I put two extra effects on it in the original files, which Dzeny obviously did not remove.

The effects I put on the waves are the following two:



This is how it looks without the effect:

• The wave .mp4 is quite short so I duplicated the layer.

• Without the opacity flash I added, the transition between the two layers is really sharp.

I won't say it is plagiarism because Dzeny changed the composition in a way that the overall nature of the gif looks different. But it is obvious that he used my project files. You don't accidentally resize, place, time, and add the same effects to TWO layers in a composition. There is no doubt Dzeny used my project files.

ALL that should be enough. But there is also a whole bunch of other factors like:

• Awaisy and Dzeny have similar-looking threads. They have now both edited them but at start they were identical.
• All of them claim to be the cheapest.
• Using the same odd fonts.
• Using the same fire particle background in their banners which I provided with my files.
• Join dates less than 2 weeks apart.
• Incentive to ban evade since main $300 donor account (Menk) got banned.
• Both use VPNs

Hello, my customer wanted it to be exactly same and he gave me example of Yetro avatar.
He wanted banner made as well, I didn't finish it yet, since it takes pretty much time to make it same.Here is our conversation:

 

I find it highly, incredibly, extremely, unlikely that you copied the waves.mp4 down to the pixel, to the millisecond, to the exact same settings that I did. Especially considering that there are TWO layers of the .mp4 in the composition.

 

All that without using my project files, which Menk happens to have, to the exact same avatar as your customer wanted.

 

I saw instantly that there are 2 layers, I've never got 1 file from you and we have talked only twice, I'm going to create my customer banner more , if i create it exactly same as well, did i take then files from the designer that made mentioned banner? I am new to sythe and i am not really sure if it's allowed to make exactly same design if customer asks for it.

 

You can impossibly tell that there are two layers of Waves.mp4 with the effects I've applied. Look at the difference between the waves in yours and in mine.



Pretty astounding that you managed to put the layers exactly lined up as I did:



And scaled it to the exact same size.

And the exact same timing.

And the exact same effect layer values.

It's just not possible and anyone experienced in After Effects realizes what a deceptive person you are.
I will refrain from posting anymore since I've already provided all evidence. Awaiting the moderator's reply.

 

Please note that Dzeny managed to replicate all these parameters flawlessly within only 32 minutes.

 

Yes I made it in about 30 minutes,You can make yourself avatar with other effect and
give me just the effect you have used and i will make it exactly same how it is on your new avatar.
This is enough good proof to prove that I have nothing with your files.

 

By the way if it's needed i am able to make avatar from scratch and record while i am making it.I can send recording as evidience as well.

 

That's not providing evidence.

Imagine in court:
- Yes Mr. Menk, so you've raped a person.
- I can walk on the street for 30 minutes without raping anyone! While recording it!
- Okay Mr. Menk, you're not a rapist. Case closed.

Your example makes no sence.
In real life if i would rape someone and there are no witnesses, case would be
closed due to insufficient evidence.In our case you "say" that i have connection to your files and I've never got 1 file from you.
There is no proof, no witnesses.For example, If this case was in court in real life, it would have been closed a long time ago.
And still i offer to record,how i made effect on avatar (from scratch), this is enough good proof to prove that i have nothing
with your files but it's weird that you refuse this.

 

No proof? Are you blind? The entire original post is about proof.

Also funny how you have the EXACT same style of writing as Awaisy and Menk. Do they not teach how to properly build sentences in your village? It just becomes more and more evident that you’re Menk/Awaisy every time you reply.

How can Izad's "own edited effect" with time,and place edited, be exactly same as the one i have found on google?

 

@Izad After talking this over with other staff members, there isn't conclusive evidence that this was a rip from your assets. You can't own rights to default assets found online.

From a developer's perspective: Say I were to take a free online website template, edit it a little, change names, and start selling it. If someone else were to find and use that same website template, I can't report them for using them as they are public assets.

Furthermore, there isn't enough evidence to prove @Dzeny to be either Awaisy or Menk. His English is completely different and having similar GFX to them doesn't mean he's either of them.
