    Simple suggestion all funds that come in and out of the community refund scheme should be tracked on a public thread. as with the current system, it would be easy for a staff member to slip out a free 20$ every now and again (not saying it has happened or will happen), I have discussed this with a staff member before and their counter-argument was that it's all tracked here: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/1GtWMwqHby5qMisEkXTrQbefXn3ZPm6V77 but you can't tell where these funds are, who they are going to or even why. This would ensure more safety for the community and would involve minimal staff effort at most.

    Edit: Just incase it brought up it can be tracked in btc amounts not usd

    Yeah I'd say its a good idea. Gives more clarity on where the community fund goes to. Plus it gives reassurance to those who don't believe that the community fund is used as its supposed to.

    Support, it makes sense for the community to be able to see the community refunds that are being handled.

    Although I was so tempted to click the third option.. The man has got to do what he has got to do. ;)

    Ah yes, I am most certain I’ve heard talks of staff members stealing $1-$20 here and there. Especially when they had access to the whole 23k.

    Jokes aside, I assume that Video is the one operating this seeing as he’s the one always paying it out. So really, it would just be a thread where we track @video and make sure he’s not swiping money here and there.

    I personally do not see a need for this as of right now given who the individual is that is holding said $. In the end, if it’s not @Sythe directly or Matthew holding it couldn’t anyone just walk away with the whole amount anyways?

    Video doesn't hold the Community repayment fund actively, Pend (some other staff members hold small bits as well), the video thing is before your time,
    and just because someone holding x, doesn't mean they take y if no one finds out... (not saying anyone does)

    While this is true I don't think the transparency is a bad thing. CDT does something similar for keeping track of their funds, and CRF deals with a lot more money. I support.
