Explanation of the trade: Sold 2288m for 0.45

How they scammed: After taking the gold I was told that they didnt want to pay the 40$ sending fee, I told them they could send with a lower fee. Apperently their wallet only had a fixed fee.

I was giving the option to get paid in 2hrs or refund, I decided to go for the refund. However I only received a partial refund of 2195m as the remaining 93m they already sold. At this point I was still happy with the resolution.

However for the past 2-3hours they didnt get any stock to refund my money, bit strange for a fulltime goldsite. As I know they also do skrill payout I requested them to pay me skrill instead for the 93m. Upon which they offered me 0.44/M whilst the gold I sold was priced at 0.45/M. I got told it was 0.44 because it was such a small amount even though I originally had sold them 2b+ ...

I would like to get my 93m in a normal timeframe... As I do not feel the need to sit on their livechat for the rest of the day...

Extra gold was paid correct. 30 minutes after dispute also correct.

However BEFORE opening dispute there was ZERO effort to get the gold in a proper timeframe to me. I legit waited 2-3hours can be even more his chat does not display timeframes, I would love for pokole to provide timestamps of our chat. Take into account he mentioned himself on his livechat "wait 30 mins for the remaining of the gold". When I offered them to pay me out in Skrill to get it resolved they offered LOWER price /m. Basically 44c instead of 45c trying to milk someone for an extra $ when they the one at fault is rather disgusting. And this is what fully triggered me to open a report. I literally told them I was gonna open a report, they didnt care.

However once a report was opened all of sudden they found the time to get me gold. Basically until the report was opened they refused to buy from a reseller, because once again this would cost them a measingly 2$ extra.

This attitude matches the "oops" sorry we don't care about clients, "oops" let's try pay less , "oops" 40$ Blockchain fee can't pay you now even though fees were high for days and this should be common knowledge if you send daily btc payments. I even offered them to be able to send with lower fees. But oops there wallet apperently didn't allow custom fees.

Some funny facts:

1. Pokole just pardonned in december last year for bad trading practices aswell.
2. Another one in october where also was mentioned his poor attitude towards customers.

3. Delay and does not notify about deliver of a product in time
Once again poor communication is mentioned.


Oops this seems to be 4th report, and there is probably more, regarding poor communication/attitude towards customers or solving problems in general.
