Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
As you can see on the pictures in the first post (resolved) the customers gave the password to a person who happens to be a Staff member on the server, and the customers were never told about their orders would be done by someone else (others receiving their logins aswell), not by the person who received their login details(Staff) and also gave false safety because of the "Staff" rank. See, even the second victim said that he would never let others get on his account (seen here: resolved)

I think the owner should educate their staff/workers about Sythe rules / RS account safety.

Here even Pirate critized this method.

Account details should swap ONLY between the customer and the worker.

Superfluous said there is no proof about the wealth loss, but again, referring to Pirate's reply, he thinks it should be the service providers responsibility to get info (and proof) about clients ironman bank wealth before starting the work on their account, especially when we are talking about higher value.

I think hiding behind Tos is not acceptable because - in a way - the owner's poor knowledge / laziness led to these reports.

Hi I understand your concern and hope that I can help add clarity to this situation.

WRONG



Clearly stated that a worker will be starting soon. I don't know if they just didn't read this part or not, but it was stated here at the beginning of this order, and we cannot make somebody read what we say clear as day.

We practice this almost religiously. We do this every time it is available. The only time I have my staff member EVER see account information is if they are delivering it to someone who does not speak English. No exceptions. It's silly for us to be able to see account information. Which is why we do not do it unless we cannot add the trainer to the ticket because they lack the ability to speak proper English. If they are uncomfortable with it, they can speak up, and we can work from there.

Hence, why this clause in our TOS exists.



I can provide 100s of examples of us practicing only details swapped between customer and trainer, no staff included. This is the case with almost all of the orders within my server.


I get the report, you didn't have all the information, so that's fine. Just PM me next time bro instead of filing a report when you don't have all the facts.

 

Both mentioned outsourcing, it's in their reports.

Dale said his pw got leaked to another worker and fin said he never agreed to that a stranger, out of your server could log in to his account.

I am getting this information from the reports, but i am glad that you have the perfect answer to everything.

Dale is simply wrong, and is just upset, which is rightfully so, however my TOS is in place so situations like this do not happen. It's his own fault frankly for not following them.


Fin was informed as per the screenshot above. Don't know if he forgot or something but..? It was my employee that it was handed to. I would appreciate if you would not refer to him as some stranger. If I left strangers onto any of the accounts in my server you would see a lot more reports
