You're very active all over the forums and do a good job staying connected to the community and not missing out on anything that is happening. You're also not afraid of voicing your opinion. Compliments for that!

In terms of constructive feedback: Always take into consideration the common interest and opinion of the community on debatable policy matters. We like to feel heard and want to know that our opinion matters. In the blackhat thread users were massively agreeing on a POV and substantiated it with nuanced analyses, for you to charge in and say "no folks!"

But in general, keep up the good work, in good spirits!

 

Appreciate the constructive feedback for once. 90% of this thread is "u suck" or "ur great" so this is nice for a change.

With respect to Offsite blackhat ⇒ TWC, I don't see how disagreeing with the majority of users posting on a suggestions thread is disrespectful; I am still entitled to my own opinion despite being a staff member.

My point is that I don't think everyone associated with offsite blackhat should be a given a TWC and that the current system works fine. If we implemented this rule, literally every seller in certain forums (name sales, for example) would have a TWC. Hundreds of other users would get TWC'd just for having accounts on sites like HackForums where they post things like "nice" on db leaks to seem cool or whatever. This was the state of the world years ago, before we changed the rule to make it more lenient, and things have been far better since that decision.

To the question of scope, Richard made some good points on that thread I quoted:

tl;dr - If there's a threat, we'll deal with it. That has always been our guidance, and it still continues to be our guidance. Someone saying "hey man I'll sell you a hacked account" doesn't strike me as much of a threat if that's happening offsite, which I feel it was in the example you brought up, but I've run it past other staff for second opinions. That is why I dismissed your original report and why I don't support your suggestion.

I didn't mean to say that you are not entitled to your own opinion. Sorry if I came off giving you that feeling, I just felt that your opinion was charged, but that could be me reading too much into the whole situation. Nevertheless, I respect your opinion, even if I don't necessarily agree with it. In any case, the best way forward was never without any resistance. Nothing has ever been accomplished by just nodding

This, 100%. IMO, one of the best characteristics of a leader is being self-aware/understanding that while you know a lot, you may not know everything. You rarely, if ever, come into a thread guns blazing and assert your position. If you have an opinion, you ask for community input. You’re one of the best mods to ever come through Sythe, in my opinion. Keep doing a great job man, and know that you have a lot of people who support you!

 

Quite surprised this guy isn't a global+ yet, he clearly doesn't mind assisting people where needed and actually listens to what you say and replies.

I never got the chance to thank @Superfluous when they had helped me with the @Conolita scam they are one of the best mods including a certain Jack Sparrow. I would like to say that they are a fabulous Mod to turn to if you need help and support. Thank you so much!

Has horrible customer service. Moderates his own post reports and gets mad. Then infracts you and reason is fuck off. Seems like he has a power trip and above the law. But I guess that to be expected when is best friend is an autistic retard from Texas. Maybe work more on not being above the rules you heavily enforce on others.
