Attempted PayPal charheback.

Hello i was involved in a issue awhile back where I,purchased an account from a Vendor that was banned when I logged in.i was new to scythe so wasn't aware that attempting to charge back because i assumed I was scammed wasnt allowed. I was warned by "(ABM") about this and told id recieve a "TWC" and i can ask for it to be removed after a lotted time.i canceled my charge back dispute and accepted my "TWC"..what are my next steps to remove this.? Or is that even possible? Thank you.
