    I made the decision to not refund a customer and it led to something I would come to regret. I wish I would of done things differently. Through out the past year It has given me a lot of time to reflect upon myself and overall learn from my mistakes. Please just give me a another chance. I will do everything in my power to prove myself on Sythe again.
