    accidently opened sythe while vpn was open
    just figured i better post this because i have had to pay money out before due to an IP mix up

    i just opened sythe like 10 seconds again, i totally forgot i had it open i was using nord vpn on a USA server, i use it to watch netflix.

    once again just letting you guys know because i can only imagine the kind of shit people do here on a publicly available vpn, thanks.

    Your home IP is only required for you account creation from my understanding. Maybe someone more intelligent than I can clarify.

    Vpn's proxies and mobile all generally don't create problems, so long as you didn't login on a home ip that was bad you are fine. Props to you for bringing it up though.

    As for this, home ip's are also used for account recoveries, pardons, reports and possibly name changes (uncertain on name changes) as far as I'm aware.
