I understand the rules are the rules however,
Goedler was just scammed so he was pissed, which is understandable, that doesn't justify him breaking the rules however if you add up that he has been a member for 9years and no previous issues and the fact that he posted info, whether it be personal or not, on his own scam report, does not justify a ban for him.
I think a warning/pm would have been the better way.

This is not me trying to bash you and again, I do agree that rules are here for an obvious reason but I think this was a bit too harsh.

This is just my thoughts.

Pikachu has removed the ban and I salute that decision.

There was an hour-long staff chat about that case this morning while I was asleep. Our stance is going forwards is going to be "If you're a proven scammer on Sythe then you're not protected by Sythe rules," so any scammers' personal information that gets posted will be deleted (unless it can help deter future scams) but will not result in the poster being banned.

If this ends up in all sorts of people getting doxed then we may have to reevaluate, but what was posted on that thread were pictures of the accused users's friends and family that had no business being on his scam report.

How is that fake vouching? its doing increments its like gold sellers flipping gold buying and selling to get vouches? Fake vouching would be asking for vouches for trades that did not occur. Your proof is stupid because I pm'd several people that. If I was commiting a crime I wouldn't do it in the open.

A horrible mod with ego problems. He seems to be unable to read the suggestion as his first line is 'What's stopping you from auctioning them off and giving the money to charity yourself?' Well if you read the thread it would be so an alert could be given like previous auction and money and minis can be handled by staff and so it can be verified money has gone to charity. He then proceeds to say 'Seems like you're trying to get people to overpay for your miniranks' what is with all the hostility and negativity? How am I benefiting from this ? Have you ever been to or hosted a fundraiser? The whole point is to make as much money as possible for the said charity.

EDIT: Also banned me 3 days instantly for helping a newcomer report a scammer? I made the report so I was involved? While this rule needs looking at I was dicing at the time and I am clearly not a threat to the community should have let me transfer minis owed and then issued the ban would have taken no more than a minute.

Another poor mod decision from super in this thread https://www.sythe.org/threads/middleman-holding. my-funds/#post-44411995. The amount was agreed in $ not btc amount. Yirru is a good user who wouldn't try to hustle such little amounts and he is even willing to give the 'profit' to Death. The truth is the person making the report is trying to exploit btc price went up however if it went down he would have wanted usd amount. Stupid super.
