    Dispute with @Unpublished
    Long story short, I purchased a Maxed 75 Attack Infernal Pure off of @Unpublished 5 days ago. (07)

    Tried to log on just now and the account has a 14 day ban for RWT, which is due to the recent Infernal ban wave

    The only reason i purchased this account was because of the Infernal cape which is now gone. Me and @Unpublished discussed a bit to maybe come up with a solution but we decided that this would be the best route for a potential solution. I realize Unpublished was not anticipating this ban wave but i want to make it clear that i purchased this account thinking the cape was safe , which he confirmed to me (See photo)

    My proposed solution that i think is fair for the both of us was a 75% refund of what i paid for the account initially, and returning the account to @Unpublished . Any Moderators here who could help i would really appreciate your time and effort

    Two other accounts that i bought as starters got banned as well. I don't want to be a slut but I did say i'm not responsible for bans.

    @Unpublished made a claim that the infernal cape on the account was 100% safe in order to secure the original sale. While there was a ToS in place that absolves them of responsibility for bans, they cannot make this sort of claim to a customer without having to uphold that claim in a situation like this.

    Given that the cape has since been removed, staff have agreed that @Unpublished must issue a full refund to @Wuu2lol for the account.

    I have added a DNT until the repayment has been carried out.

    The user decided to only partially repay while deleting both @Wuu2lol and I on Discord.

    Banned for 3 months as punishment for scamming, the DNT will remain as well.
