But generally, whenever we talk he always has respect for me and always gives me a honest on point reply, I get myself into trouble occasionally as everyone knows and even then he will still respond to me and help me out anywhere he can, I like this guy and he really doesn't get the same appreciation back as he shows the website as a whole.

Came across @Superman’s comment and wanted to say that everything he said is spot on. Not everyone understands how much effort he puts into teaching staff and mentoring them on how to become better moderators in staff channels. Community is super lucky to have him and I’m glad I have gotten to know him as well and call him a friend.
