Im into this. Im a lazy out of shape piece of shit, so if I can run 2 mi id be happy, but imma go rip a jog today will post the stats

 

Love this idea. Also think we should go beyond a top 3 in all categories because not every race is... a race.

Fastest splits I have digital proof of are:
400m - 1:1x
1/2mi - 3:0x
1k - 3:5x
1mi - 6:2x
2mi - 13:1x
5k - 20:xx
10k - 56:xx (left my watch on after a 6mi run... whoops)

 

My slightly faster pace today + a previous run which will likely be my fastest record 1k.

What kinda apps you guys using?

 

I use Strava. But heard Runkeeper and Nike+ run club are both good. No need to pay free versions are all you need

I have a Garmin watch linked to Strava and pull stats through benwebb.net. Garmin has their own app but Strava integration is pretty good so I just use that to keep everything in one place, though it's extremely clunky to find your top times on Strava alone.

 

So here is my late night run result for 5km. After not running like 3 months, i tried not to die

Nice, very quick for a first run in a while!

 

Last km was a big struggle to be fair, legs just didnt want to move at all. I ran last km like 6+min
