[Denied]Add More Fashion Perks for 500$ -> 750$ -> 1000$+ Donors

There's not much fashionable incentive to donate more than 300$ atm other than looking more reputable or if u need a second name change for 500$ donation.

However, a lot of people donate to have really cool profiles so more sythe-scapy things should be added to your profile.

Ex: (if I can recolor the Thread box above me to Black from Blue for donors only)

or if you can create customizable post icons.

Some more ideas would be nice but just looking for more incentives to donate.

 

How about recoloring the "headers" of your posts (the dark blue-ish region) instead? Higher donors could have different colors like gold or something, staff could be red, etc. and it seems like this could probably be toggled pretty easily.

 

IIRC, matthew and rich denied similar suggestions, as to not wanting donor perks to turn into market-adv perks - which I believe is the right stance. Most other forums are essentially an oligopoly, where all the established traders are only ever seen, due to perks such as, being able to have your thread stickied, different coloured threads, increased bump timers, etc.

I'm under the impression this forum's Xenforo version is quite old so to further support any "fashion perks", as by accepting yours - alot more requests will be made, a new update is essential. I've heard rumors about it being on it's way, but so long as suggestions such as these are hard to implement - I'll be against it. There's more pressing matters that should be added. Once the new update is out and we're ready to turn Sythe into a circus then I'll be fine supporting this one.
