Didn't mind at first but this user is not a suitable admin. Corrupt. Bias. Stubborn. Pretentious.

 

I wouldn't say becoming an admin has gotten to your head, but I do notice some more relaxing flow around you now. Perhaps in this position you no longer need to perform so well by your own opinion, or by others? I'm not sure. I do not mean this negative at all, quite the opposite. Keep up the good work.

 

As it seems like my private message to you on discord is being ignored and has been avoided for so long, I feel it's only appropriate I leave it here instead.

Maybe with me leaving it here, you will be able to understand me a bit better.

So you banned me for 6 MONTHS for "doxing" on something that wasn't doxing by any means, and was already handled 3 years and a bit ago. I understand your reasoning behind it but the fact is it was very incorrect and you even contacted me pretty much saying the same, I would suggest next time please read both sides of the story and validate proof instead of allowing people to get away with fabricated evidence of what they have actually leaked themselves.

I PMed you several links on discord to confirm the fabrication claim and such, and I am glad that @Gen at least listened to me and heard me out on everything that was going on - If you felt that your staff members were not doing correct 3 years ago that should have been dealt with then.

Edit - A lot like @Wortel I am not saying this to shit on you as such, I have always saw you as a friend but this sort of crap did leave a sour taste in my mouth, and being that I am very active in the market I had to set myself away with poor choices that were made against me. I have been more than punished, now for a year and 3 months due to two occasions of the same problem which isn't acceptable.

 

Cant say I disagree with some poor choices being made so early on.

 

The entire staff team was apart of the decision to apply a ban and after your dispute, the entire staff team reviewed the report and revised the punishment given to a more appropriate length.

Each decision made was not unilaterally decided by one member of the staff team, for reports that aren't exactly linear we will always have a discussion on it.

I've been very busy the past week and not on top of my DMs, should you have an issue regarding a ruling you are always welcome to post a dispute or ask for another staff member to respond. I am sorry you felt ignored.

With new staff I have been working with them to learn the less desired sections, namely the ones I led. Its important that a fresh mind gets to manage these sections - they can create new rules, find errors made from previous leads, and potentially create a better overall process. It would be wrong to stunt the growth of other staff because I want to cling onto sections. That said, if the pardon section starts to fall behind I have no issues returning back to it.

So I was acted upon a 3 year old dispute you say that cannot be used as valid reporting.


Edit 2 - Please do not try to argue this with me as honestly, the only thing it will do is piss us off going more into it. I PM'ed you for several months regarding not just the ban but other stuff too, with proof of things and such (not related to this) and you ignored it all.

And if you want to talk about not being able to use it as valid evidence - #1 - Oct 11, 2016 at 7:26 PM that's when it was posted and dealt with, yet you still decided to ban me on something you said you wasn't able to 10/10 choice.
