    yeah its quite a shame. if a normal developer handled code like this they would get dnted for sure. the favoritism for the fact that shin is a head admin was strong on this one.. i know good guy @video probably didn't agree with this decision, it must of been mostly richards decision ;/

    Lots of prominent members have had a single contract go bad without receiving a TWC. I think the opposite of favouritism happening. People demand punishment and cautions over and above what is actually warranted given the facts of the case because they don't like shin.

    Regardless he has retired now.
