Help us simplify the Sythe Rules

I suggested changing this rule from the original wording several months ago (note I made two suggestions in that thread, but the first 30 or so posts discuss this issue in particular).

Some things to consider:
-No one posts "I support" multiple times in a single thread, but people do post "I support" across multiple threads in rapid succession to farm postcount. This is spam and should be disallowed.
-Staff review suggestions in a group call every month or so. We flip through people's comments when reviewing suggestions and discuss any posts that are particularly important.
-"I support"s are useful for us to get a sense for what the community wants, especially when thinking about a suggestion we personally don't care about very much.
-If we see a whole bunch of "I support"s for something clear and obvious that doesn't really merit an explanation for why you'd support it (e.g. "Remove the X forum because it is inactive"), we want that feedback.

tl;dr - This was changed for good reason and I have no issues with people posting that they support things. We want to encourage feedback in this forum, not discourage it.
