Shin telling a customer who paid him $1000 for incomplete code that he cant modify it

Imagine, someone gives you code that doesn't work and then tells you that you can't modify it. LOL

Also blames being "held hostage" for not being able to work on another customer for 4-5 months?

Maybe he was traveling to a third world country and got kidnapped and held hostage for ransom? prejudice much?

 

imagine needing 5 months for 40 hours of work.

Thats 1 hour of work done every 3.75 days

He'd be fired anywhere else in a few days time
