Dispute to remove TWC

Link to/reason for TWC:R2pleasent Refuses to refund Payment

List of vouches since receiving TWC: (Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better). I have mostly been buying Gp and rsps GP so no vouches to add here really.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:R2P claiming i charged them back for an 07 purschase made over an year ago now i believe and they refused to pay me $400 07 purchase wich i was never refunded for either.

Anything else you wish to say: I Was pretty much scammed for $400 by R2P since they refuse to pay my 07 i bought and neither they want to refund wich i ofc have proof of in my sythe thread i linked. So i believe There is no need for a TWC since they never received one and i definently believe we are even.
