Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC:

Where to begin? The reason for me tweeting in the first place was to help a friend and fellow Sythe member Devil, Once one of my closest friends on Sythe, after having his max main RWT perm banned after receiving lots of harassment from Milotic on twitter. Milotic had not done anything in direct harm to me at the time, but since he was my friend and he asked me nicely I complied because I felt I was doing the right thing. I have learned not be so blind when breaking Sythe rules, or being so compliant to breaking the rules even when a friend really needed it and was filled with anger. Being helpful to a friend led me to him later backstabbing me because he wanted me to get the same punishment as he did for his tweets. His anger of getting denied Sythe Moderator went through the roof that day. Even though I did break the rules, I have done much to help him over the time I have known him, like buying names overpriced to get him out of debt. Devils reasoning for getting me banned was because he believed I was being greedy yet I did that any many other things for him. I have also done the same for Zero when I bought 5 names for 1.6b (a bit high for the names) to help him get his dream one char name, even though it later fell through. He claims I knowingly buy hacked names, but the issue is no name seller can know a certain name is hacked unless they are told beforehand, and even that can be hearsay. This is a common issue name sellers face everyday and I can't be blamed for something I cannot control. If a name is taken or stolen, I always do my 100% to get it back assuming that the stolen name is still with the scammer. I even got reported for buying 2 sniped names for 150m a piece, which is ridiculous because I was buying them back to return the names and trying to help. I see how that can be bad/sketchy but I only had good intentions. They kept asking why I didn't antiscam the names, well anyone who has a brain cell knows that once a name is moved there's no way to prove the same person owns it, so of course I didn't antiscam the name as I could be scamming an innocent person, but getting them back for such a cheap price I saw as a positive and I went for it. I was required to loose the names and loose 300m but that was no problem because I know I did the right thing. I have managed to successfully antiscam many names, including a 1.5b+ name for Pendulum who had been scammed 6 months prior. Instead of buying the name and profiting a shit ton, I contacted Pendulum and we worked out an antiscam and which we succeeded. I transferred the name off with responsibility and sold it the next day for 1b for him with snipe responsibility again. Again in another example I bought a name worth 2b for 300m and after learning it had been scammed by a worker, I had no obligation to return it and after I received a kind donation from Chad to reimburse me from buying the name from a scammer, I returned the name to his account. I have antiscammed countless others with help from @BEAST and @Alexandre and I know many mods like @video can vouch for that. Overall, my vouches above speak for themselves and I think I am deserving of finally being relieved of this TWC. I understand that tweeting can cause lots of harm, even to someone like Milotic. I believe I have been treated terribly by some people including past friends, but I now know who my real friends are around here so I am happy to live and learn.



The second report was my fault as I had no familiarized myself with the rules as much as I should have, along with using my brain. My girlfriend wanted to try out name sales as she had grown interest seeing me do it, so I created her an account. The first account Mami wasn't created on a home IP, so I couldn't have a separate name sales thread for her. Therefore, I created Cleopatra on her home IP to allow this. Since we are in a relationship, our IP's obviously conflict, and I hadn't thought about that when leaving her a vouch for a trade I transferred and MM'd. I didn't think it would qualify as a self vouch. It is considered a self vouch when you look at the IP Audit, but to me it was a regular trade, even though my girlfriend was next to me on a separate computer. I aplogize for this mistake, and I will not make it again as I guess I can't 100% prove my girlfriend took part in the trade and not I since our IP's clash.

I want to be the best person for my fellow members of the Sythe community. When I first joined Sythe, I have enjoyed my times here a lot, besides the mistakes that led to me getting scammed or banned as I talked about above. I always do my best to stop someone from being scammed or to antiscam anything I can, Fellow Sythe Mods like video, Pendulum, and Tyler can vouch that I always try my hardest to recover anything stolen, especially names in which I am an expert in. I really want to be more apart of the community and even potentially become a mod someday. I am excited to move past this road-bump, and be the best I can be in business, as a mentor, and a leader in my Trading Discord. My admins @BEAST and @Dunworry and Mods @Andy @QBD @JerryCS @Rasmus @Zero and @Nate always do their best to run everything and keep scammers away. I am lucky to have all of them in my Discord and everyone else who chills in there. Thanks friends for the support and to everyone that read this.

seems like a lot of he said/she said drama that certainly doesn't pertain to the actual endgame of getting his TWC removed. I do believe this user needs more time and do not support this twc removal.

 

I will be abstaining here as my vote might be considered biased given the fact that I've worked several time with Assassin regarding the rsns business. With that being said, what I'm seeing here is an appropriate dispute following the template, a good amount of vouches and as far as I know, there hasn't been any similar indicent ever since the TWC has been placed. Best of luck with the removal.
