Why do I have this Do not trade rank?

Hey as I am still new to Sythe I am not sure why I have gotten this? Is it because I did something wrong I am very confused I went to the request a pardon but if I can post here I'm hoping to get some help. I tried to message Wortel through Sythe PMs and it doesn't let me I think he is the one who gave it to me, help whenever thanks.

So obviously @Zero has never attended a college because I go to my classes from 9-3 and then 5-6 as of right now which is why I am posting off this public IP, if anyone reads her response to my DNT appeal you'll understand. Also I am not whoever "Giraffenuts" is. If the same birthday and IP is good enough to ban a user you might aswell ban me I am not sure of any "unpaid debts" that I owe I am not a scammer and never have been. Could I talk to someone over discord about this situation? I am not getting instant responses and it is quite irritating I can't explain anything because everyone assumes something. If I was said user would I really be trying that hard to stay on this site? and why would I if I could just "ban evade" again? I'm not "giraffenuts"!!!

You have to dispute this in the correct section, which is Request a Pardon

 

Looks like your ban evading bud you gonna have to get that checked out in the pardons.
