[DENIED] Discord ban for obvious proxy campers

Lately I've seen an increase in users who join Sythe with throwaway emails on a proxy account just to join Discord and troll there. While I agree it's a great way for them to waste their time, it's also basically a chance for them to return to the community without any repercussions. Obvious examples so far are @Asulscaper and @qemofan845 though @Libtard has gotten my attention too. My suggestion here is to atleast have them banned from Discord until they have disputed their TWC from a home IP.

 

Discord ban is overrated but perhaps ShinBot can automatically apply #toxic rank to users with a TwC (toxic rank is already there and limits users to only a few channels, like nsfw).

No discord access until posting from a home ip seems fair to me

Just keep them away from the discord till they've posted from a home ip

Is this proxy hate thing based on user behaviour or is it a blanket sort of thing?

For the first long amount of time I was on Sythe, my connections were basically purely from a computer on a network utilizing a proxy server for all internet traffic. This wasn't out of choice or with malicious intent, and the IP shown by the proxy server was always consistent due to the way our IT department operated.

AFAIK we've moved away from using this, as IT is no longer in house (and our provider has been changed/network been reworked a bagillion times) - but it's interesting to think that I could have, by random chance, been screwed by the long dick of Sythe law (market-wise) just for having my traffic go through a proxy server.
