    Pretty sure you're referring to the rule below;
    Similar to the "proof of firecape rule", providing valid proof of ownership can translate into having vouches of the service in question. OP has atleast two of those;

    Unless theres any proof his keys are cracked his thread should be OK until proven otherwise
