R2pleasent Refuses to refund Payment

    This user refuses to refund a payment of $448.85 becuase of a dispute that happend between me and him months ago and he now claims i have a negative balance forcing me to start a dispute at the bank wich will take way too long especially during christmas time.

    I have Proof of the transcripts clearly saying i paid and was not given the 07gp due to i couldn't provide the right ID verification because i live in the US but have a norwegian ID because im a norwegian currently living in Tennessee.

    Too add onto this i did an 07 account trade with Divine here on sythe for over 600m, he is now banned for faking vouches i believe but before the trade was done he said he was partenered\owned r2pleasent website but he has now unfortunately recovered the account after he was banned just a few days after the trade was made.

    @Jason he owes them money from a previous dispute so they want him to dispute via bank so if they refund him for this he doesn't get refunded twice from a second dispute

    Will anything be done with this? I mean if you want further detail of what happend that is fine but i have provided enough proof already to clearly show that i paid in full and never received either the 07 or my refund.

    Also i have just assumed Divine is perma banned for what he did so if you want me to make a thread in detail about what happend and showing proof he scammed from acckings.com

    I was only speaking on the one half of the report - it's why I tagged Jason.

    As for anti-scamming, this isn't anti-scamming. This is having the customer go through a different outlet to receive their refund due to happenings in the past.
    I understand you have not received your gold or refund for this most recent purchase. The reason you are not being directly refunded from R2 right now is because you disputed your purchase in August and won the dispute despite your order have been delivered. Please look to dispute with your bank.

    You are welcome to make a formal report regarding the acckings.com scam so that it can be processed & validated.

    Isnt there something to work out here as you said this isn't anti scamming right wich means its just straight up scamming me for almost $500 with no consequences. Id be happy to receive a refund of minus whatever was disputed in august even though i could dispute it with the bank but im trying to make this whole thing faster. If i dispute it in the bank he gets to keep $500 for a purchase that was never delivered.

    Dispute the payment with your bank / card issuer. We will not cooperate with people who have abused the dispute system to defraud our company. If your money is still in our possession after 180 days, we will refund you the remaining balance after accounting for the false disputed amount, and any other fees we incurred in result of the dispute.

    In the future, don't commit fraud. That is a good way to avoid problems! Best of luck!
