Red Dead Redemption 2

I just picked this bad boy up from my local Game Stop after 30 minutes in line. They opened 12:00AM midnight, gonna rock this tonight.

 

mine downloaded, Had a little play! Waiting til tomorrow night so me and my mate can have an gaming sesh together! it's really good so far

Yeah great game, finding it hard not to play it all day like a sweaty teenager.

 

I agree man, Tbf I get a bit bored of it so decided to dangle a woman off a cliff earlier for lols.

 

If you getting a bit bored take the train into Saint Lewis. I've killed crocodiles, fought 10+ lawmen, guy gets his arm amputated by doctor and loads of random stanger quests.

All paying well & doing bounty hunting is fun too.

It's definitely worth the purchase. The game is most likely GOTY contender for sure, and it's probably one of the deepest open world games you'll find apart from Witcher 3 or previous games like GTA 5.

RDR 2 is worth every penny, especially if you've played the first game in the past or you're a wild west fan.

 

Yes, I completed it already, Wish I did the side missions and not just the main missions.

Online will be out the end of this month, Maybe we could all play sometime?

 

Is this game SO good that it's worth to buy ps4 pro and RDR2 bundle for 200€.

 

FUCKING HELL YEAH, Mate it's by far the best game i've played so far. Online comes out tomorrow for me also. 10/10 Would buy it really really really good story!

 

It's good, got pretty bored with it before the end of chapter 6 though. Focused on all the side stuff before progressing with the story so have spent a fair time with it. Think I definitely got more than my money's worth, just wish the shooting system was better. It's pretty impossible without aim-assist and that just kills the immersion and makes it feel too easy. That, and the game makes my PS4 Pro sound like it's about to take off into the sky and/or explode.

 

That is a good honest review but let me say this, How dare you! HOW DARE YOU! RED DEAD BORING? HOW DARE U, I agree with the aim-assist, At the start I got pretty bored as I didn't really know what I was doing, It's the best game within the last 10 years by far. I actually love what they did with Arthur his personality at the start he was mean and ruthless then towards the end it changed and he actually cared and was caring towards his family (Camp members).

 

I love what they did with Arthur's beard. So many possibilities, so malleable.

 

By the way, it seems like the online beta has started recently. I haven't tested it for myself yet. Has anyone?)

 

really good story, Worst game I think I've played with a multiplayer option. Rockstar is such a poor company when it comes to online, Gta my god what a load of shit now red dead!

 

This is more of a personal thing, but it takes a while for the game to pick up for me. I wasn't feeling it until about 5 hours into it, but when it finally did, I'm hooked. The controls can still feel a bit clunky but considering how everything is laid out on a limited gamepad format, I think it's already admirable that you can do so much.

But if we start speaking about the game's quality, I have no complaints. Zero. Voice work is top notch, soundtrack fits beautifully, and graphics are some of the best I've seen on the PS4. All things considered, truly a GOTY game.
