    I sold a few accounts nearly a year ago and saw in the throwaway email I used to create the account that 2 have disputed, and won due to no reply for me (I didn't even know this was a thing?) Pretty stupid as I don't really check that email every 24 hours, but whatever I guess.

    How do I pay back my negative balance? I can't sell anything as my account was also suspended. I don't want to go through the hassle of being sued, but I notified my lawyer already if it comes to that. Seems unlikely though as your website essentially breaks the rules of almost every MMO it supports, looking forward to your response.

    It wasn't due to you not replying but it's most likely due to your buyer not being able to send proper evidence. That takes precedence over a seller not replying. If the buyer was able to send compelling evidence and you did not reply, he would have won the case.

    As for your negative balance, it can be paid off by sending the negative balance amount to [email protected]. You can then PM me the transaction ID so I can take off the negative balance, so your offers can show up again. However, if you are currently suspended, this would be pointless as you need to have your account active first. For this, you can inquire for the suspension reason by getting in touch with [email protected] - due to security reasons, I am not at liberty to discuss the reasons for suspension (also for your privacy).

    Hello,

    I have been having the following error for a year now and I don't know why: https://i.imgur.com/AYSv9Bd.png

    It happens when I try to sell something. The thing is that I can close the error (it's an alert), but I can't write anything in the description field, nor did I try to list the offer as it is in fear of causing something undesired.

    I used to have it on chrome and then I switched to opera. It worked for a while, but now I get it again on opera as well. I tried to clear the cookies and that didn't work either.

    Edit: I went through with posting the offer and it worked apparently, even the description, despite not being able to modify it.

    Hello, its me again with this same order that i want you guys to look into as i have been scammed.

    You asked me to provide proof of no longer having access to the account on the official runescape website. i dont know how else, and more clear you can get then this evidence im providing currently combined with the evidence provided by my side in the dispute case and here on this thread. please take another look into my case. i beg you, $240 is a lot of money to me and ive been scammed and want a complete refund, if not more for having to wait so long for this case to be sided correctly.

    The evidence contained in these pictures are showing the email address he sent me after purchasing the account registered as the accounts log in. As you can see this is on the official runescape website. This is me trying to recover the "stolen" account under the login credentials he had sent me. As you can clearly see, on the official runescape website, the information he has sent me is proven to be faulty as he has recovered this acc after counteractions has sent the funds to his paypal. i had originally purchased insurance for this purchase but says i have none remaining.

    This picture is the email i received of the email trying to be changed as you can see its clearly marked time/date as well as it stating that someone had tried to recover/change registered email on the account after the purchase had been made.

    This evidence combined with previous evidence and the logs from playerauctions you should easily be able to conclude that i have been scammed and wrongfully compensated for this misunderstanding.

    Hey @PlayerAuctions I need some advice..

    Im actually pretty shocked about getting an email about a sold account from probably 6 months back.

    It says basicly he can't access his account anymore however when I sold this account to him he already tried to scam me with a dispute stating that the account wasn't the same as advertised, but later he just closed the dispute and saying it was only a test to see I can trust you (please look into this dispute maybe its kind of evidence hes trying to scam me again). At that point I send so many mails at playerauctions to tell them hes trying to scam me but after he closed the dispute by saying it was only a test, I havent took more actions. Now hes saying he doens't have access...

    I have mailed PA before I came on this site to sell my accounts how long I will be responsible and they told me pretty much once the account is the buyers ownership and thats the case. He also confirmed the order.

    Now my question is do I actually need to respond in the dispute or can I let it go?I still have video proof when I have changed the mail into his desired email and some video proof about the ''scam'' dispute. Will this dispute count for evidence? Its pretty much off topic compared to this subject.

    Some other questions:
    Again how long am I supposed to be responsible? At some point I cant help anymore to get his account back. And since I barelly have time to game I dont want to get involved again with this.
    Was it actually a bad choice of my side to never take more action for his try to scam me?
    What would u recommand me to do if this happends again?

    For all other people that are reading in this forum for informations for buyers/sellers:

    How can we protect ourselves againsts these things? As in what does a buyer/seller needs to provide in this kind of cases?

    Im looking forward to hear what to do.. Have still 48 hours to respond.

    Hi there, thanks for explaining your dilemma with this order. I'm sorry that you're having a hard time with it. For instances like these, once a dispute has been closed, the order cannot be raised as a dispute again, so you are somehow protected by this. We only provide support to the buyer in communicating with you in case there really is a grave problem with the account, and some examples of it range from the account being used for botting and it was found out later, or that the account was already sold before. But if these are not the issues, then the dispute will be declined. Moreover, the buyer is the one required to send proof since he was the one who made the claim - not you. You only need to respond back to keep the dispute active, because if you don't respond in 72 hours, the case will be closed in favor of the buyer. The only time you need to provide counter proof is when the buyer is able to provide valid evidence, during which our agent will mail you back the proof the buyer showed. Our agents will ask you to provide proof during then.

    I just started to buy a lol account on playerauctions ,but when I tried to use my credit/debit card to purchase,the website shows the information I provided is incorrect, but I have checked many times,it’s correct. I call my friend to help me,but same result “incorrect information “

    So I decided to use my paypal,and my bank did sent me a message let me confirm it,but after I confirmed it,the payment was failed.

    The price doesn’t over my daily spending limit.
    Can someone tell me how to purchase an account by using canadian card?

    Hey there, no need to apologize, your English is fine! I'm very sorry about this - this is a security feature on our site; Our system auto detects accounts with information inaccuracies or discrepancies, and when these are found, the payment is declined.

    I'm afraid your only option would be to use GoCoin or Bitcoin as a payment method, as that is easily allowed by our system. For failed payments on orders, refunds should be automatic, but if after 24 hours you still don't have the refund, please PM me the order ID so I can take care of it for you.

    Hello again! The 1 dispute allowed is for each order, and when a dispute is used for 1 order, it won't affect other orders.

    In the case you stated, you can still dispute the order which you already accepted to be delivered if there is no dispute yet. If you can't dispute from the order page, you may manually dispute it by emailing [email protected] and including your username, order ID, and the reason for your dispute. However, it would still be best if you can dispute through the order page.

    If you won, refunds are processed in about 24+ hours, except if it falls on a Friday or weekend, it will most likely get completed on Monday. Let me know if you have other questions!

However, you are free to email us about this on the email address I shared, and the reason for this is for our team to manually and personally check on your case to find out if it can still be mediated.     Hello, I have an issue that just occured regarding a dispute which I believe was a clerical error, or someone just briefly looked the dispute over possibly without making judgement.

    I am a powerleveler on PA, and recently a customer asked for my discord and I sent it. This lead to $450 in fines/deposits which I paid the next day.

    During my 3 days suspension for sending my discord, I had two open orders going which turned into disputes.

    On both disputes, me and the customer agreed to terms perfectly and there were no issues, in fact on one of them the customer re-ordered once my suspension was listed.


    The second dispute is what I am having issues with. In this dispute I was completing 9-99 hunter for $225. I completed levels 9-63 until my suspension hit, and then the disputes automatically opened by the system.

    Me and the customer both agreed that a $15 payment for the work I completed was acceptable, and he would receive $210 back of the $225. We both agreed to this, and it is recorded in the system as well as text throughout the dispute.

    However after we both agreed to $215, and both confirmed it verbally out loud recorded in the text, the case was closed and the full $225 was refunded to buyer, even though neither of us said that and it was never mentioned.

    In this dispute, we both clearly agreed he would get a $210 refund, and I would be paid $15 for the work, and then he would also re order and have me complete once suspension was lifted. Again this was both clicked in the boxes as accepted, and verbally agreed to by both me and the customer, and he never said he wanted $225 back which is why I am confused the dispute ended that way.

    The order number is 4327393, and my username is leokrubbs.

    Could this please be looked into, as it makes completely no sense to me and I believe it was a clerical error by the review team.

    My playerauctions account was terminated without a proper explanation. I recently started using the website again 3 days and have been doing really good with with 30+ orders waiting to be paid to me and was in process of changing my PayPal email to a PayPal email that works (the account has an old paypal email that I changed after I moved). Will I be paid for all my orders? And can I have a explanation on why I was banned? Ive been on the website for over 4 years now and have over 300+ great feedback. I've contacted support and just got general prefilled terms and conditions responses but not a clear explanation. I just recently gave all my documents (ID, bank statements, selfies with ID etc) and have over $300 USD owed to me. I was then banned a day after with no explanation, no payouts, and completely blocked from seeing the transactions on my PA account.
    I've been extremely frustrated and hope you can help me with this as you have with other members.

    d. For any other reason in PlayerAuctions’ sole and absolute discretion.

    Just so I am clear here. You guys took all my identification, $300+ USD owed to me, Ive been on this site for over 4 years, then I get banned out of nowhere with no explanation at all, and now you guys are not paying me out any of my money? I've been trying to stay calm because this Chinese service literally makes you want to go crazy. Please help me before I get loud, because I have more then enough screenshots plus videos to show that will question playerauctions practices. I will make this my goal to take down this websites reputation, not only for what ive been through, but to help others not to face the same corruption that I had to go through.

    Please help me when you get the chance because your back end support team is not helpful at all.

    Hello @League Shack, good to hear from you again and I'm sorry for your situation with this.

    I'd very much like to help you with this but as per protocol, if an account was found in violation of our policies, all payments/disbursements will be held and will not be released under any circumstance. Your account was found selling stolen accounts and due to this, our team had to suspend it. I already tried to appeal for your case, informing the team that we have known you since the EpicNPC days but unfortunately, they are firm on the suspension and will not be reinstating again. I am really sorry, League.
