    Reasons I believe they're the same person:
    Merasas's only home ip is a home ip match with the banned user.
    JosephEdjuan was banned for recovering accounts he sold to playerauctions.
    Merasas posts here that he has sold accounts to PA in the past and has similar market interests on both accounts.
