Mod Abuse...

I'd like to bring attention to the fact that I believe a Sythe moderator is abusing their powers upon me.

Has given me an infraction on my post for a maxed staker rental service, and told me that I had "not followed stickies", but upon reviewing the stickies the only thing I could find was that it says you "may block 5+ stats plus the total level". I have blocked a few more than that thinking it meant more than 5. I also see posts where people have blocked all but the combat stats. When I asked what rule I had broken, I was told to "read the stickies". I again reviewed them, and can not find where I have gone wrong.

As a sythe moderator, should he not be coaching the user base here, not just handing out infractions due to him having a bad day and wanting to pick on the small shops? I would gladly change any issues with my posts/services with proper coaching. I've not been made aware of what actual issue is at hand, so how can I fix something?

Now after messaging him back explaining as a sythe moderator, he should be willing to help me in the fact that I can't see the issue, he's locked my thread.

I may be wrong here, and am open to your thoughts and opinions, but this just appears to be Mod abuse to me.

I mean all jokes aside if that's the infraction reason than this should be reversed and that sticky edited to be more clear such as stating "You may block UP TO 5 stats + the total level".

The 2 above me are meme's but I'm the biggest meme so I get the final say.

Do you know how many hundreds of people who all got told when they disputed an infraction in the dispute section to "contact staff via PM" are giving you the finger RN? bout thr33 fifty worth. Staff have been auto closing infraction disputes and sending people to PM for I don't know even know how long. I've never seen an infraction handled in the dispute section and I've read pretty much every single one in the last 5 years. Staff straightup tell you that if you dispute it will be closed(based on that sticky rule by SuF) and that you need to only PM staff about it.

 

Then unlocked my thread, but as for his statement that he'd remove the infraction

Also as its quite clear, i did get a bit rude/upset, but I was attempting to find out what I had done wrong and correct it, and was met with a brick wall answer. I had already reviewed the stickies again after receiving the message, and was still lost. I was never made aware that there's a hidden grandfather law for people who've made posts prior to the "new rules"

^ If this is a requirement it should have the wording changed, I thought that was optional. There's no reason why it should be mandatory anyway.

 

To end the discussion though, everything pretty much has been ironed out minus the fact that the warning is still applied to my account after being told it would be removed. Can that be done please?
