Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Completely my fault for allowing my self to be hacked. I messed up on stream. Lost access to my discord account. However the guy was refunded the next day. In a call with me, Shin, and the user that was scammed "Jp". The second thread well I never did anything wrong and was piled as I was competition. Me and K0 are good again we speak multiple times a week. This is what he said about the other suspect


I suppose lieing, being fake, and to much guilt. That is surrounding his chi is stopping him functioning correctly around the clan. With my conscience is clean as I tried to explain this to everyone I didn't do anything wrong but it's all good I suppose

@Pendulum Since being hacked on the 25th of may. I have system restored all the 3 pcs I have. Also disabled the manage passwords on chrome. So that you can no longer view all passwords on one huge list, Which I think was pretty silly of chrome. But all 60+ Emails + passwords for all websites I use have had their passwords changed and authenticator enabled, for extra security.

@Champ Yes I can provide evidence for all said above.

on 27th may. I was hacked on the 25th. Also I've had my passwords put into a irl notebook.

The two ban I gained was for account sharing at the time I thought they would need to receive a pm from my account. But you explained I could add somewhere on my thread that this user can confirm trades on behalf of me. Which I've now sorted and added. Reason, Needed threads bumping :x

When conducting a sale via discord (the template you posted). Is used, as I have continued to use this since you linked me to keep customers safe, which works really well. Proof:

I would like to add I have got 2FA on my sythe account (added 18/10)

Password has been changed again (added 18/10)

Email linked to sythe account has been changed (added 18/10)

 

Vouches since TWC (unlike the ones you quoted):

The main reason why you were a TWC was for the amount of times you've been hacked (lack of security/safety) and the amount of scam accusations you've had which were mainly ruled out in your favor due to lack of sufficient evidence. In the staff thread a long-term TWC was discussed aswell as a TWC for a period of 4 months, which we have now passed. Therefore I'm supporting this TWC removal as it isn't something we can hold you liable for for a long period of time. @Mentarley - As @Wortel mentioned, the extended TWC is for having poor security and getting hacked multiple times. Are you able to provide some insight on the steps you have taken to prevent this from happening again?

 

I will need this proof along with an explanation of why you decided to account share after this TWC was given to you. You were banned for two weeks, but that needs to be explained as well because it occurred while you were TWC'ed.

Before I vote, I would like answers / proof of:
1. Provie proof of @Pendulum's statements.
2. I would like a full explanation (Even though you admitted to your mistake).
3. I would like to see your PM's on Sythe / Conversations when handling business to make sure you are being as secure as possible. (Can post a private post if you would like to.).
