    hi im new and i got a question

    sry if this is in wrong area
    ive tried to buy old school runescape gold from playerauctions and it was declined every time paypal and credit card, then i tried boglagold and it says You've triggered our fraud filters, if you're using a proxy please disable it and try again. i asked the support for help and tried chrome and microsoft edge got same message, so im guessing i was declined also on playerauctions for the same reason.
    does anyone know how to fix this? im not using a vpn or whatever a proxy is

    have not commited any fraud and the price is about the same on playerauction?
    also i dont think anythings wrong with my paypal i buy all the time for steam bundles and games

    this question is better off asking in Help & Requests or for direct @PlayerAuctions support post in the dedicated thread here: PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread
    you can report your post on the top right hand corner and request it to be moved to either one of the sections. If you ask @PlayerAuctions for support don't forget to give him your username/email so he may look up why it's getting declined.
    but to answer the question it could be few different things such as:
    - wrong name / wrong address/ zip code info
    - you're on a public computer which has been used for fraud
    - if you're using a family computer, someone else may have a vpn always turned on

    How much are you trying to buy?

    The 'fraud' filter can also be triggered by trying to buy large amounts via PayPal even if via G2A or PlayerAuctions

    Hello there. @TySimpson made a very good list of possible reasons why your payment was declined (thanks for being extremely helpful as always, Ty!). It's not that you're committing fraud, and though we call it an "anti-fraud" system, majority of the users are not really committing fraud as well. It picks up account information inconsistencies, irregularities, etc. and declines the payment - as part of our efforts to conform with industry safety standards, we cannot accept payments with erroneous information, even if it's slight.

    and im quite sure all my information is the exact same and for boglagold i dont even get past the first screen to enter any info besides my email and rsn and You've triggered our fraud filters, if you're using a proxy please disable it and try again. pops up when i click the checkout
