You may want to try posting this into the 'dispute' forum of the website if you're looking for that type of information regarding your Sythe.org account.

 

Is this runescape? Because you can just recover it. If you try and log in and it will say failed and then you will be able to click for forgotten password and will open your browser so you can recover it, rather simple and runescape one step at a time so it's pretty solid
