    @Divine you must be so annoyed that someone is stealing sales, maybe they'll just recover everything eventually and you'll have to face angry people. A bad situation either way :(

    Hello,

    I have had nothing but issues since a LoL account I purchased back in June 2017 got recovered around March or April of this year i have contacted PA multiple times in regards to getting my account replaced they are unable to reach the account seller and yet they say I cannot get sufficient info that they recovered the account you can see in my history I purchased another account with the same rare skin that I lost with this account that was reclaimed by the original seller.

    I know it was reclaimed because the account exists the login still registers on the league client and website saying the password is incorrect. it also shows up on websites that the account name was changed back to the original account name. the email I changed it to is also showing that it is not attached to this account any longer also.

    I have provided these screenshots of "proof" to the support team to no avail no one seems to be able to help me.

    Today I have submitted an order dispute with PayPal if a resolution is not met I will be taking action to have them uphold the insurance I purchased and have tried multiple times to use even well before it ran out. I would also appreciate if I could get information regarding the sellers punishment for not responding at all and you can see we have both pulled feedback I couldn't leave him a hate comment due to the fact of your website not allowing me to post anything he has the account and there's is nothing I nor anyone at pa says they can do. Paypal will definitely be investigating this if it cannot be resolved.

    Hello @Pkclay/jayceelove. Thanks for sending in the full details about your concern.

    I was able to check on your order ID and I'm afraid the insurance already expired some time ago. Were you able to raise the dispute/concern before the expiry? The reason your case got closed is most likely because the evidence you sent is insufficient. I'm terribly sorry but login screenshots are always insufficient because if the account still exists, but the password is wrong, it doesn't point to the seller as the culprit. The password change could have been initiated by either the seller or buyer on equal grounds.

    It's for this reason that we always ask buyers to send screenshots of any game correspondence from the game publisher that states the account in question was "reclaimed by the original seller", but we don't always constrict the proof to just this. Outside of it though, it can always be really complex.

    On ticket 163892, our staff has already closed the case, so even if I want to appeal for your case, to set your expectations early I'm afraid I'm only going to get denied by our team about this. I'm really sorry Pkclay. If you are somehow able to secure the evidence I spoke of above, kindly send it anytime soon and on that I will at least try to request our team to check on it.

    Thanks for your time and response and yet again lack of assistance I am now contacting riot games to ask them if the account was recovered by the original owner which will result in the account becoming banned due to violation of TOS I will be informing you of the information I receive and I have multiple times tried to recover the account and have had no luck since I am not the original account holder. furthermore, I have submitted requests to get the insurance back when this first happened no results I have provided screenshots of emails I’ve received after resetting the email to my email which I have access to it was obviously recovered using the ticket system riot has.

    Edit: I have spoken to riot games live chat support they could not confirm with me details regarding whether or not the account has been recovered by the original owner. Also, they said there was a problem with customers not getting sent recovery emails when passwords on the account had been reset. I am beyond upset and can provide this chat but as you said it would probably be insufficient proof as they could not confirm to me this as I am not the original account holder I gave as much info as I could about the account and they wouldn't give me access I offered to give them screenshots of emails with timestamps showing I had access to the account and also informed them I bought the account via player auctions. I even tried to guilt them into telling me due to the fact of their policy being not to disclose account info about an account if they can't confirm you are the original creator. They also said the info and screenshots I sent them are enough for them to investigate if the account was sold could lead to the seller being punished in terms of account termination for violation of riot's ToS.

    I saved screenshots as well as had all of this emailed the transcript to my email address for proof of speaking with them.

    Hey @PlayerAuctions, I purchased an account from your website and as usual the Original Owner (seller) has recovered it back to his email within a month, i tried contacting him but it seems he deleted his P/A account. i had purchased insurance due to knowing this would most likely occur and upon making a dispute (#42101) i waited roughly 4 days to get a message saying they have sided with the buyer even though i sent prove showing the email address was back in the original owners and seller did not even reply to the dispute. i would appreciate if you could investigate this and let me know what is required for me to get this dispute delt with properly as I've had nothing but troubles and want to get this sorted out asap thanks!

I'm truly sorry that without the statement, I cannot assist --- as much as I'd really like to, as that is the piece of document/proof that I'm going to use to ask the team to check on the case again (it becomes more difficult at this point because the case is already closed). We won't stop you from reporting the game account for permanent suspension, just please double check to be sure that it's the same as the one you bought for the same order.     Hello Legacy. I'm very sorry to hear about this. It's highly likely that the evidence was declined because the email address being changed to that of the seller's did not depict when the change occurred, as it could be moments before the trade happened, or that the email address could not be established as the seller's address. It's for this reason we ask the evidences to be in the form of a screenshot of an email (or Twitter - wherever they may have an important channel).     Wanted to let the community know be careful when purchasing from PlayerAuctions my request wasn’t accepted due to insufficient evidence even though I sent chats to riot stating I purchased the account from player auctions and they wouldn’t give me “sufficient information evidence” because I didn’t originally own the account. Buy at your own risk and don’t buy the insurance it’s a scam. They will only compensate you if you have “sufficient evidence” now this guy is still on player auctions because wouldn’t you guess it they sided with him due to my “lack of sufficient evidence”. The seller wouldn’t respond to them oh gee I wonder why the guy has 3 sales 2 or which have good feedback the other feedback was withdrawn I couldn’t leave the seller a bad review nor change it. Don’t let player auctions ruin your gaming experience.

    My debit card "Checking" account got charged the fee to verify one time, but it didn't even let me purchase from debit card.

    I'm convinced it's borderline impossible to register on your website, even if you sign up with correct info your account will be suspended, or if you try to register the code will never reach your phone.

    I tried, and 2 friends of mine tried. Nobody managed to activate their account. Also, we all used correct and legitimate information.

    Your account was suspended due to our risk management policies and industry compliance. For security reasons, we will not be reinstating your account. This decision is final and binding.

    Could you please PM me the order ID for which this was set up for? Kindly include the transaction ID as well if possible as well as your username. The amount for card vetting is automatically refunded after a day, so it's possible that you made your post after the deduction and the amount hasn't gone it's way to you yet. Sorry for the hassle.

    Hello there. I'm very sorry but due to security reasons, I do not have access to the exact logs pertaining to this. The reason the account is possibly being declined is because you may already have signed up with us before and it's registering as a duplicate, or that maybe your information is being flagged for fraud. I'm really sorry but I have no jurisdiction over cases like these.

    Hello Defalt. I believe I received this case already before, and thanks for the detailed post in the other thread.

    I thoroughly consulted this with the staff, and the reason they declined and deemed the evidence insufficient is because the original email in the account could have been the same right off the bat, and with this we cannot rule out the possibility that the reclamation was done by you. Of course, this might not be the case - after all, you are indeed disputing this, so what's the point. But when it comes to mediating cases, we have to be objective and consider every angle.

    Just to be sure, I talked to the support team about this, and asked if this could be reopened. I also explained the part you pointed out with regards to the English translation. I'm very sorry but they still declined it and told me that the evidence is really insufficient. I'm really sorry Defalt. Just in case you have any follow ups for this, you may send a reply back to your original email thread with our staff.
