Gen AKA China is taking over Sythe, I'm not sure Richard saw this one coming. Actually come to think of it, he might very well know what's up. If I follow this correctly, Richard, with the help of some XRP fundings, might be behind Typhon Mangkhut which had a good portion of Hong-Kong evacuated, including Gen. So I believe this was retaliation.
