So Mid 2016, somewhere between June and August, I purchased a league account off Astro.
I paid $250 for the league account + $20 to transfer it to NA.
-He said the account wasn't his, it was his friends.
-He said nothing would ever happen to it.
-I never received the EU login/pass, the creation date, original email or anything. All that was given to me was the NA name/pass.
-All the logs are on Skype, but that is not needed as he admits it's the account he sold and won't have to prove it.

At first I was only asking for compensation of the account, but since he wants to put the burden on me, I've also purchased over $200 worth of RP on the account.

So back in March something strange happened, the password was changed - nothing else.





So here I tell him we never changed the email (or so I thought) - and he replies with my email that we registered it too.




Fast forward to now, the account now has it's password and email changed. When I tried to login to the client, it said "Account has been moved regions."

The attached email/pass is changed, and I have no way to even attempt to recover it more than I already have. I do not have enough details.

Astro then tells me "it's been too long" and then begins to turn it on me suggesting I sold it to a website or some shit.





It is also worth mentioning that he sold me a runescape account ($200) that is locked and he can't recover.

Hi, I've requested him to submit a recovery request since the account has been the most active in his hands and would have the best chance given the circumstances.

There's a second issue here and that is that I have no idea what the account actually was, I've tried to look up chat logs but those seem to have vanished for some reason on Skype.
I don't know what the login name is/was , I don't know how much I sold it for and frankly if he showed receipts of any payment I wouldn't be able to tell if those are from the account that I sold KK or anything related to that account. I do however remember selling him an account, but he wasn't the only one as I've sold plenty and all of them have came from the same source. I haven't had any other complaints other than him, and after all this time it just seems quite odd to me that issues would occur to any LoL account that I've sold.
If I remember correctly, and since the account was "hacked" before (this was when I still had chatlogs) I changed the account's region and changed the login name to his desired name (this is how LoL accounts work) and with that the e-mail. I don't have any clue what that name was as I didn't store it (I only store the originals, I didn't store the new login details he requested) and the only way I would be able to recover this myself is if he can give me the login details that he had with proof that those details are attached to the account that I sold him years ago.

 

Irrelevant, you never provided me with any info other than the login/pass. You didn't provide me with who the OO was, the EU name/pass. Ip has nothing to do with it, I've got no info other than the only info you've given me which was user and pass for NA.

I'll look for the Skype logs, as for now, here are the RP purchases, I will PM a mod or admin each and every or even screenshare if need be.


The account was never "hacked" until that date posted in the discord convo - March 2018. You changed the region on your own, I did not send you the RP, I did not buy it. You moved it from EUW to NA and I would cover that in the purchase. You didn't give me any of the info for the EU account, you gave me the NA login and pass and changed the email for me.

How is this my fault? You gave me KingKrab11 as user/pass. I remember you were asking for a username, I was afk so you set it. This is not my fault, you didn't provide me with anything for the account. I bought it trusting Astro, the person selling it. You owe me my money, snake.

 

No luck on the Skype logs, seems they did too many updates.

 

Anyway, while we're here. This is an account he sold me and it is still locked, it's been a year+.
I bought 4 accounts off him with @Sept for $800, they were all near same stats so you can say that they were average $200.
It is the first vouch on my vouch page as it's the first trade I made on Sythe.

 

@Astro is there a reason you didn't provide him with any details of the account?

@King Krab have you ever requested more info of the account during the initial sale?

And @King Krab can you figure out and provide us with some kind of proof of purchase to establish a value of the account

To what I remember I did not request any information as the trade - to what i remember - was done in haste. I remember I messages him whilst in an overwatch game and it was done before my game ended.

Astro was working for Sept, a close friend of mine at the time and he told me I had nothing to worry about.

I should not be burdened by this - I'm the customer and the one being scammed. He has:
The NA user he gave me.
The NA pass he gave me.
The Email I gave him to register it.

Even if the account is recovered, due to this process, how am I supposed to trust it anymore? Why would I want to continue to progress the account if it's at risk of getting recovered again.

Who would have guessed? Certainly not King Krab, he's a snake trying to sell his league account to a website then scam!!!

 

Sent an appeal, sent the gif to Astro. Will wait on a response from them.

It's crazy he sells accounts he can't provide security for and I'm the on being burdened by it. This is not a good way to do business.

I tried searching for his threads selling the accounts but it seems its not there. Would there be a way for staff to check?

You're not precisely being burdened with anything, I'm just trying to see if we can squeeze out some sort of solution that involves either a succesful recovery or obtain more details regarding your purchase in the event of a possible refund.

He's walking me through a process, I will reply to the thread. If I'm honest this was the first thing on my plate when I posted, but I have bigger issues that arose so I need to put those first. He has been helpful, we can resume when I can get around to it.

 

@Astro has been cooperative/helpful in trying to resolve this with you the entire time. It's clear he's not trying to scam, and by the looks of it you two seem to be figuring it out yourselves, therefore there's no need to have this report open, especially as you mentioned not being available to resolve this issue at the current moment due to other obligations I presume. If issues re-arise, then feel free to open another report, but I trust you two to determine/resolve the issue between each other.
