Intro:

To the staff team/Richard reading this, please don't immediately shut me down. It's been over a year since I was banned from the site in entirety. I'm here seeking forgiveness, a new start, a clean slate. Please read this until the end, and then make your decision. It's very apparent that my past decisions have established a dark energy to my name, a bad reputation, and there is nobody to blame but myself. Looking back at some of the old disputes/posts or even just the way I handled things is eyeopening and to be honest, embarrassing. This year has been life-changing to where I've gotten wiser, I'm not the same person that the community makes me out to be, I'm no longer "Elite Dust". My morals, my character, my judgement, all are traits I've improved throughout this year. I understand that this may sound tacky or disingenuous but by the end of this post I hope I can change your mind.

Sythe has always had a place in my head, I've always had the vision of running a successful business and having a high-standing reputation. Business visions isn't everything though. Although I've spent more time banned than unbanned, only have had my Sythe account in good standing for at best a month (I got DNT'd my first month joining and have never had the DNT lifted) I really do enjoy partaking in the Sythe community regardless of not exactly making a good 'first' impression.

Timeline:

I have made a timeline below drawing out my time on Sythe. I think it's important to be as transparent as I can be as some of the staff team members haven't had the chance to be there throughout my time.



Not entirely a ban melon:

Even though I acted irrational and had a bad reputation when active on Elite Dust, I still was a half-assed decent person and did do a handful of things that I take pride in. I've taken some time to just list a few things I did during my time here. Some of this may be a tad redundant from one of my previous pardons but in the off-chance you don't go back to them, I'll list them again here.

1. Had a script that ran the Sythe database and if it found a working account, I would report it on this thread: List of Hacked Profiles(s)

2. Moama, this individual went through hell when he got scammed by a streamer named AntLegend. I never really went public about it, but I played a big part of antiscamming $10,000 USD for him. I did dig and dig to try to find evidence to back my claims but couldn't remember the details to the Discord account I used when I talked to him. Regardless, Carbon and Hyphonix would be able to vouch for me.

3. Although it was only a 2 week thing, I worked on bug testing the Sythe RSPS. I was able to have Syfiends patch some item-smuggles. Honestly this isn't anything notable but I thought to leave it in here as it shows my community involvement/background.

Jason & Veng:

I understand when staff members befriended me it was frowned upon and that the popular opinion was that I put the integrity of the staff team at risk, I just want to clear my mind and it's disappointing when staff members distance themselves/don't talk to me because they are afraid of being demoted for affiliation. There was one incident to which I apologize for and this would be the incident when I asked Jason to update me on active dispute I had at the time (I asked to see SL). He showed me what was being discussed in the staff lounge and that was it, that was the only time. I apologize for this, last year I was impulsive and didn't exactly make good decisions (Even though I didn't blackmail him, all I did was ask which I understand is still wrong). In regards to Veng, I understand he was demoted for affiliation but I reassure you there was never anything leaked. We were just friends because we had many mutual friends. I learned from the first time with Jason, I don't know if Video believes Veng leaked me anything but he didn't. When Pingy scammed me for 2.5b I had asked Veng to ask Video for an update in regards to the dispute (Which I believe didn't cross any boundaries) and Video got upset Veng was getting himself involved and because of what happened with me/Jason he demoted Veng as well. I learned that I'm no more special than anyone else and sometimes you just have to wait, you don't get special treatment. I have no intentions on ever putting the staff teams integrity on the line, I respect order and rules.

Although I don't want to rehash the past and I'd like to move on, I never tweeted him. Pingy told me Video approved his antiscam not because of tweeting but because he supposedly was hacked a year ago and had accused me of doing it (Although he knows it wasn't me and we have made amends/I don't want to rehash the past, I am still questioning how he was able to get an antiscam approved). This brings me to something that I feel like I have to leave in here for sake of transparency; After the antiscam was approved and he got to walk with 2.5b and wasn't planning to refund I ended up being involved in him being hacked for 6-7b a week later. Him/his staking partner were refunded the extra gold and I walked with my 2.5b. Now months later when he found the identity of the person who really did tweet him (Azure), we have made amends with each other.

Wrapping things up:

I'm here because people change, we live and learn. I know I was given an opportunity by Richard last year and blew it and I regret every moment where I look back at the way I behaved and how bad I tarnished my reputation. I'm not the Elite Dust who talks to everyone like he has a gun to their head, I'm not the toxic and malicious Elite Dust. I dropped the alias, I buried my hatchets, I left my past. I know it's more than just monetary trust but I'm highly trusted. This past year I have built my way up through the staking community, I've paid out $50,000+ multiple times and held crazy amounts of money for people, I'm able to back this all up. Guess what I'm trying to say is I'm not here to make a quick buck and scam. I want to be back in the community, I want to be back on Sythe. And yes to be transparent early 2018 I made a handful of Sythe accounts (never to actually 'vade') but to join the Sythe Discord to play monopoly or to lurk and just read what goes on in the community. I've distanced myself with my past and I hope I get the opportunity to prove it. I just want the opportunity to pardon and I hope Richard can remove my indefinite ban from the site. Richard if you're reading this and decide that you still don't want me here, please let me know on what I can do to earn the opportunity to pardon. Storms don't last forever.

I have requested @Sythe to have his say on this one.

 

Richard went ahead and gave the Admin team permission to take over advising this case so that he wasn't unfairly blacklisting you without input of others. The Admin team has decided that you indeed are still indefinitely banned and it will stay that way for an unforeseeable amount of time. I won't even touch on parts of the pardon as it is not necessary.
