In all reality though, I can't think of a better mod/friend for sythe does so much and asks for so little.

Unlike most newer staff, I believe I've interacted with you far more, and have been more attentive to what you do/don't do. Maybe that's because I've had you on Skype for a while, whereas aside Video, I have no other staff members. Dunno. Regardless, I thought I'd post some feedback.

So far from what I've seen - you're extremely active and cover all moderation areas well (spam reports, scam reports, disputes, pardons, etc). I also value your investigative research into all disputes/pardons you post on. I personally believe that the correct due diligence should be done when dealing with any pardon/dispute. It's shows professionalism, and it also allows you to make a decision from an informed stand point, which is critical. It should always be considered an imperative.

My one negative criticism however is - I believe at times you're far too hostile towards users who are disputing/pardoning. Granted, they may be scammers/are scammers/whatever, but you should always remain impartial, and not allow emotion to take over when responding to users. You should always maintain that level of professionalism, and do your best to remain objective, and as unbiased as possible.

This isn't only directed towards you, but in general, even if a user disrespects you constantly, you/all staff should remain composed. The staff team are the leaders of this forum, and perception is everything.

Other than that, I think you're swell.
