Then we came to this report,
Reporting qemo pendelum cant handle
my first report got denied cuz staff said something like Qemo doesn't have your dox,
but i can show profo in private ipker#5935 he has my name etc, ( I'm not going to post it here for my own protection)
The threats went like this

Then he saw the post cuz i told him that, and he knew he was doing something bannable, his respond

Stating by the al mighty sythe rules
As you all should already be aware, doxing is outlined both in the The Official Sythe.org Rules & Spam Forum Rules



As Discord is treated as Spam Forum, these are in affect, but let this be clear:

• Actively attempting to dox a member/staff member
• Threatening to dox a member/staff member
• Posting links that may be a member/staff member and/or friends/relatives and asking for confirmation
• Any behavior that is harassing members outside of reasonable spam-forum behavior
  • Such as doxing

This should be a 1 month+ ban minium, and i think it should be made a bit bigger just because, how much fake reports he's been making.

Sorry, don't get how he can't get banned for this as i got banned for saying "Im going to text your gf' and i even insta said it was a joke.

Leaving that behind me, hoping staff'll deal that according the sythe rules and not according there personal opinion on this case,This has already been dealt with as explained to you by multiple staff members.

7/25 EDIT: Turned out a member of our staff gave him a verbal warning for this exact incident and stated further threats would be punished. No further threats have been made by @Qemo since then and therefore im now inclined to unban him.

He's been lieing about vouches aswell which he doesnt get a warning for?

I understanded he would've been warned if he didnt know the rules, but if we told him it and he keeps doing it he shouldnt be warned, and my question is

Why does he get a warning for it, but wouldnt i get warning for "Im going to text your gf'

You seem to not understand that Qemo was given a direct warning rather than a punishment (by an admin), please realize that we are free to do so at our own discretion, so there's no point disputing this.

I have highlighted the important parts of my response so hopefully it makes enough sense to you.
