RSFIREGOLD - Website Scam - Very Unprofessional

How did I scam you or anyone? You psychotic desperate twat. - You're literally the one scamming.

 

In a deleted post upload a gif of the following:
@rangezeze - You accessing your g2a account and showing the #4025 transaction, refresh the page.

Refund me or it's clear your website is a sham and you're scamming. The emails used have nothing to do with you stealing $50 from me. This was an off-sythe purchase, and I've never scammed anyone on here. I can also show my paypal/coinbase/g2a history to a mod if you wanna prove I've never done a chargeback etc.

 

@RsFireGold - You need to refund him, I have given you a DNT until you do so.

@rangezeze - I have given you a DNT for evading your other account @Sealvur

Please let me know once this has been resolved.

 

@Wortel @Sealvur never even scammed anyone? Can you link evidence that links me to him please. Also how does Sealvur get banned for a fake picture (which could of been to evade RSPS staff) for 4 years. Seems really unjust and over the top, just saying. We work together but I'm not him and he has 0 access to my sythe account, please remove the DNT as I'm really not a threat.

 

She/he is refusing to refund it, I messaged her and she ignored it until she logged. - Side note: My maxed main got banned for botting because I couldn't sell it due to the TWC. (Entire reason i was here in the first place) I bought the best premium bots + scripts + anti-bans and got perm-banned the first night. (had 1 previous minor offense) No worries though! You guys awarded me the DNT upgrade because someone scammed me! Thank you so much!

 

@RsFireGold Please provide proof of this. You're claiming yourself the same thing so we'd like to see proof on what basis you're denying his order. From what I've seen so far you're doing a terrible job at running a website if you're treating all your customers like trash. You claim he gave you 3 email addresses of which he thought he ordered aswell as that he's ordered from a VPN. Those aren't rare instances; you'll get across more users using VPN's, hell, you've even used them yourself on Sythe. Besides that it is possible he actually forgot from which email address he's ordered. You're saying he ordered through G2A instead of PayPal (possibly with PayPal via G2A) but you do not wish to take on his order - why's this? You've even said it yourself: there's no refund button for you, so surely chargebacking will be harder for him aswell. Besides that, you'll have more banned users off Sythe order from you - that's just a downside of owning a website. Surely you can set up your order system so that they can not order from a VPN, but you haven't. We can not tell you what to do, but you must assist him in getting a refund or actually have his order handled. I've worked for websites who also took on G2A payments and this is also something you can control. Fair warning to @rangezeze however; G2A refunds do take quite a while to be processed.

Regardless RsFireGold, I highly suggest you take a look at how you're treating your customers from a different prespective. If you'd like to stay around on Sythe that's something I'll highly suggest atleast, surely you wouldn't want to have the DNT rank granted every now and then.

Therefore my request: Provide us with proof he's ordered from a VPN along with proof he's ordered (or thought he ordered) from different email addresses. Along with that, please provide us with proof of the refund or provide us with proof of actually handling his order. (paying it out)

@rangezeze Despite the fact that your DNT can only be disputed here I am very curious as to why you ordered from an email address you claim is owned by someone you work for. Why are you using his email address for orders? If you're so sure this email address does not belong to you then please provide us with proof of being granted access to @Sealvur his email address, aswell as proof of how you two actually operate together. Do you share your Sythe accounts together aswell? What's in it for you by using his email address?

@Wortel He makes the purchases for me but he has no access to my sythe account. I don't have a credit card, so it's the only way I can do it. We've been friends in-game for like 5 years.

 

She responded to the ticket and said "Refund the seller" so i sent a message to G2A.

 

@RsFireGold please respond to the ticket on G2A/Sythe PM.

@Wortel @Pendulum You said I can only dispute this DNT on this thread? Is there a scam I'm somehow linked to that i need to dispute? Or is my friends email linked to a scam?

 

G2A says they're waiting on you still.

You still haven't refunded me, responding to the ticket does nothing. G2A said you have to issue the refund yourself, if you don't know how to do that, look it up. I opened a ticket and they have specialists looking into it since you won't do it.

Finally received a refund after he used every attempt to scam me. (Im pretty sure G2A issued it, not RSGoldFire) If you could remove the DNT from me and my partners accounts as we've never done anything wrong that would be awesome. If you remove the DNT frrom RSgoldfire, it shows what kind of website this really is.
