Disputing my TWC

After having done the required time, I'm here to appeal the TWC that I've been slapped with exactly a month ago today. Since I have been holding the rank, I've felt a lot of strong attitudes towards the rank, and I feel like the rank is harming me by drawing an incorrect representation of me as a trader. I've already been feeling a big effect on my trading. Rather than wanting to investigate the reason of the TWC, it has been a matter of discussion on several occassions, and sometimes gets used as an excuse for sketchy parties to back out of a trade or a middlemanning service.

As I wasn't given a chance to provide any input, and as I didn't see the PM posted in the scam report, I think it was a little quick for @Pendulum to slap the TWC. On the other hand I can't deny that my PM didn't meet the standards of a 'good' PM with the prefered template that I have been using since.

As posted in response on the same day in this thread: TWC, I hereby would like to add once again my verification PM to someone who contacted me to sell me the RuneScape name 'Sun', and requested me to PM him to know he was talking to me.

At the time that I got contacted about the name, I was about to be going to go to bed, and was using Discord on my cellphone to send a quick PM to provide proof to the 'scammer' that it was me. If anyone has experience with Discord on a mobile phone, you might be able to confirm that it's a pain to copy Discord text to take a snippet of the conversation, hence why I didn't provide a picture.

Bare in mind that at that point I wasn't aware that there was a certain template to follow neither, so I just provided my Discord ID and the Discord ID of the person I was talking to. Neither of the ID's matched: both the scam victim aswell as the middleman poorly imposting me had (very) different Discord ID's as the ones provided in my private message.

I don't disagree that the PM didn't meet Sythe standards. I have since learnt about the importance of them, and have been applying the prefered template in every single PM that I have been sending (as shown in the many examples below).

However, even not having followed these standards, I had (in my personal opinion) provide a limited, but sufficient, amount of details for Viv to avoid getting scammed if he had taken the time to confirm the ID's that I provided him with in the PM.

I feel like that in this particular case I could have provided him with the full template and even more with the same outcome. This ofcourse doesn't excuse me of the fact that the template should have been followed.

With all this, I would like to show that I have understood the reason behind my TWC, and I hope I can show the staff that it has had the effect that you were hoping to see with having applied it.

I have taken the opportunity to grow as a trader and a middleman, and follow the proper template when sending PM's. Despite the TWC I have tried my best to continue to trade in a professional manner.

I hope that you can agree that the TWC is no longer in proportion and that it would be no longer considered necessary.

It would be very much appreciated if I can get some of the staff to support me in getting rid of my stamp of shame.

Nice work, I'll support. Just a tip: if you want to copy-paste more of a Discord chat you can easily do so by copy-pasting the chat into Wordpad and copy-pasting it from there again into the PM, so the white lines and big letters are gone.

These are perfect PMs, I understand the frustration with the TWC but impersonation scams are very common and this is a good way to help prevent them. I support the removal.
