m3hm37 late dispute

Please read into this properly as when i was banned i was speaking with Chloe day in day out about the issue. I was proving everybody wrong i was doing everything Chloe asked. I have no choice but to dispute the ban again as my uncle died in Turkey and i needed time off. I ended up forgetting about the ban dispute but i think its only fair i get another chance @Wortel please dude give me a chance.
Here is my dispute i filled in the last time. Please read into it properly and it will hopefully change your mind on the whole situation. Thanks @Chloe @Wortel ... PLEASE HELP !
Dear Sythe staff,
I have been banned on Sythe for the following:
1. Scamming
2. OFF SITE SCAM
3. Ban evading
Please unban me for the following reasons because
for,

1.
Scamming I have refunded the Paypal payment that was
apparently not refunded and I have provided proof
but i will provide it again just in case its not on record

I think there was another off site scam or something i dont know how to see it or anything but for whatever has happened there i spoke to moderators on LOCOPK etc. First of all he was scam attempting when you can check his inventory he had no cash. I spoke to a moderator and i showed all of this a while back to Mod Chloe that i did it all on purpose to get him. I was not banned on LocoPK nor was i in trouble for this 'SCAM'. heres a video to prove he was firstly intending to scam me but then said i scammed him.

Ban evading which i did not realise i was doing the only
reason i even created a new account was to fill in the dispute
form that i did not know how to do. I did not ban evade to trade
or anything along those lines it was purely to fill out the dispute
form without realising i could of done it as a guest which i did do
eventually.


I have been banned for months now and since its happened ive been trying
my best to provide you guys with all the information needed to
resolve the problem but I am just waiting on a reply from you guys. I think its only fair for me to be unbanned now.

Please get back to me and try to help me out here on getting my Sythe
account unbanned as i am very sorry for all the trouble i have caused
to the Sythe staff. I do apologise from the bottom of my heart for any trouble caused but i honestly dont think i should be banned after all the work and effort ive put into Sythe. I promise if i was to be unbanned there will be no trouble like this and i will be doing nothing but making you guys happy eith donations business etc.
