Scamming (Private Report), He made alot more than most people...

 

He scamquit something like $80k from some staker guy named like Drygore or something (?) and was also more than likely Jasonyolo

Jason's IP's are from Canada, Lagucci was from Belgium and I'm fairly sure about that because I did speak Dutch with him all the time.

 

I don't know how the scam took place, just heard about it from people posting around.

I have a strong reason to believe he was Jasonyolo and this was backed by at least 1 high ranking staff member so i'm not really sure, it doesn't quite matter much now anyways because it's unlikely we'll see a pardon under any of those names ever lol, those people aren't ever getting their money back.

 

If he scammed that much I'd take him to court, for $80,000 it'd be worth the upfront expenses JS.

Especially if you win you can get repaid for the lawyer expenses.

It legitimately would be cheaper to get a passport for Belgium, Fly back and forth(OR temporarily stay there for 6 months-1 year), arrange for a federal lawyer to handle the case(Probably would run 20-40% of the cases winnings OR $100-$200/hr, probably like $25,000 once its all said and done).

I'd personally be willing to risk $25k in lawyer fees & $5k-$10k in flights/expenses if I have the chance to recover $80,000 + all the expenses.

 

Idk if they’d do much cuz Its probably 80B 07, which you wouldn’t have a claim to since it belongs to JaGeX

 

I'm no expert on Belgium ecommerce laws & theft/fraud but if their anything like the USA it wouldn't matter - It's still an asset - It's not "illegal" to trade or deal in by any US laws(Which is why theres legal US companys dealing in runescape gold). While that may not be true of Belgium(IDK) it also very well could be true.

I'd personally ask a lawyer to review it over there, yeah it'd cost a few grand but at least you'd know if u have a chance.
