You spoke of blanket statements and getting grouped, not getting directly quoted specifically. Don't be inconsistent.

And if you're quoted it means you were part of the group that was being talked about and so even still it doesn't necessarily mean it was directed at you, but that in this instance you were a part of it.

If a group all raise their hand when someone says "raise." And then you're seen raising your hand once with the rest of them and get included in that generalization it doesn't mean it's directed at you that you're a hand raiser.

I love how it took @Shin 2 days to handle a case that took video/staff over 3 months to handle all while ignoring the guy who was just trying to get an answer. Good job shin, terrible job staff team for letting this pretty obvious decision take way too long

 

Just for the record reports against staff are only to be handled by staff with an equal or higher rank than the disputed staff member, in this case admin+. Nonetheless yes good job @ shin

 

That ruling was put into effect on January 24th, 2018. Video was fairly persistent in asking staff to come to a consensus on the case as well from what I can tell. Communication could have certainly been a lot better, however.

 

Seems like an obvious standard, but with the scope of people this site serves its understandable that things that aren’t stated in the rules won’t be followed, so I’m glad it’s been codified. I just want to clarify that I’m giving positive feedback for Shin, I’m glad that he stepped up when, from the outside, no one else seemed to.

My issue is that when a report involves a staff member, the thought would be that it would not take any longer than other reports. If anything, it should be faster handled due to wanting to give the appearance that the staff want to ensure all their members are in good standing. To my knowledge, this is one of the longest reports, duration wise, that doesn’t seem to have the complex content that other reports do that were handled in a fraction of the time. I understand this portion doesn’t belong on Shins feedback page, but I felt he deserved a good job for handling it like it should have been months ago.

 

Getting a lot of work done and usually really enjoyable to chat to (the latter might be surprising to some ). Thanks for your work.

Imo you + video are top tier Administrators to get a response, Sythe himself is a top tier admin when it comes to legal advice + Matthew is a top tier admin when it comes to fixing the user centre, I'm not so sure about Charlotte yet.

Spends countless hours involved in situations that the public eye may not see. @Shin truly cares about the integrity of this website, and is pure as it gets. Regardless of the situation, he always keeps everything as professional as it can be. Thanks for everything you do man, keep up the great work.
