    A new rule has been appended to the Runescape Skill Training, Questing Services, and Minigame Services sub-forum stickies:
    "Prior to the start of a service, the service provider MUST inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. Failure to follow this rule may be grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences."

    SytheLib has been moved to the Our Community category and the associated link forum has been moved to the Technology sub-forum

    The Digital Currency and Non-Game Sales section has been moved to the top of the Other Markets category

    A suggestion has been posted for a new category: New Category: Cryptocurrency
