I've been using Sythe for a couple of years in the past, then left.

Today I casually bumped into Sythe just to discover my account was banned. I don't really care very much since I don't use it, but noticed that someone else literally hacked it and posted thing.

I am just curious to understand how it happened since I recall having 2 Factor authentication enabled...

How it happened and if you have 2Factor Authenticator on it is beyond my knowledge, though you could ask the same question again once you submitted your recovery request, perhaps someone else knows it. Good luck!
