RSWAP scammed me for $200

First of all let me state that I just got back into OSRS from RS3.. I bought an account from him using his live chat service on his site he has on his post. I literally just set the email and then changed the in game name after buying membership. I click over to the account and before I could even trade stuff over to the account or even leave the grand exchange (where the acct was when I bought it) the acct was disabled. A perm ban for RWT. He basically told me I'm shit out of luck. I saved the convo where he told me I'm shit out of luck. I also had him send me a pm on here confirming it was him before the transaction. I look at some of his vouches and it happened to someone else like 2 days ago also.

- Do you have proof of the PM confirmation?
- Could you also show me the emails you received from Jagex?
Feel free to post those in this thread and then delete the post again so it's only visible for moderators.
I'm assuming those are regarding the sale.
- Could you also provide me with proof you have purchased the account from him and when you have bought it from him?
- I'd also like proof of you trying to login to the account and it saying it is now banned.
According to your vouches you have bought gold this morning from @Gladiator - how can we be for sure this was on a different IP and a different account?

@Rswap Any help here? Anything that proves your innosence here is helpful. Do you have a ToS regarding all your account sales?

 

ill do all you mentioned in a little bit, it is very early. Well idk how I can prove the IP part, but you can ask him which runescape name he traded when I bought the gp. I also can pull up my skype conversation with gladiator because in the conversation I posted the rsn of the acct I was using to buy the gp

 

@Wortel the emails were twitter messages from a jagex person basically telling me the acct is banned that its non appealaple and to make a new acct. Let me go grab breakfast and I will do what you requested.

There's only so much we can ask from our users to prevent these kind of situations but when it comes to bans with account/gp sales it is usually the buyers responsibility from the moment they received their purchase. Unless you have evidence of @Rswap causing the rwt ban (eg rwt'ing on the account moments before you bought it) there's nothing we can do here.

Here's the account I traded when I sold the 100m, not sure if that will be of any help. Check the deleted post under this, did that to hide the privacy of my own account - none of which were banned.
