Hi nevernotspurs here.

Please refer to the previous thread I made when I wasn't aware of the proper process about how to resolve a ban. I have been in contact with Wortel since and now understand which is why I am making this thread now under the guest name to hopefully get unbanned as I have resolved the report with the buyer @tialfreddy

It has taken some time but I have been able to resolve the issue with @tialfreddy . Hopefully he can post here to show that he is satisfied with the outcome as I did my best to help although it did take a while.

Once again I take full responsibility for the issues as per my previous thread and I have done my absolute best to help out @tialfreddy and get to a resolution that I can provide and that he is happy with.
