Just because its in approved suggestions does not mean it will be implemented.

We brought those items into our subforum where staff talk in private about the suggestions and look into thing like the security of doing so, how it would affect the site operationally ect and make a decision regarding the suggestion. Also rich or matthew can chime in and say no at any point.

In seriousness, I think there's an argument to be made for evidence not always being shown to the accused because it may make their capability of lying far easier. If you're guilty and unaware of what evidence there is against you, you're much more likely to have a weaker case for your innocence. If you're innocent, it's assumed that your innocence will be shown regardless. This is also especially true for cases when the accuser is a staff member, as it's unlikely a staff member would act against you without reason and evidence (and even if they did, that would be overturned in due course).

Anyway, for your case in particular, without going into specifics, you made it far harder for yourself for multiple reasons. Your case is so far from the norm to the extent that suggestions based on it may end up being counter-productive.

Finally, as a footnote, staff in general put up with a lot of shit. You can make your own life easier by not giving us shit, and in return, we'll probably be much more willing to help when you need us to deal with something for you.
