Link to/reason for TWC: Perm Banned

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: No excuses really, that was pretty shitty behavior. I would like to mention that this usually doesn't amount to any bans or anything unless the account had a previous history of being really toxic. This was my fault and for that I sincerely apologize, and in the future I will treat every account as if it has a previous history of being toxic.

Anything else you wish to say: The account in question is no longer permanently-banned. The only reason the account was banned in the first place was because the account had a previous history of being extremely toxic, which the customer himself admitted to me. Customer can keep the lp (which took hours and hours, games in silver on average last much longer than other elos), and he can keep the money, but is it really fair for an incident like this to ruin my business after months of work? I've had only good reviews in the past (with the exception of one misunderstanding which was quickly cleared up - incase verification is required it can be found here Blue's vouch thread )

One more thing I'd like to mention is that customer logged on the account in the middle of an order while I was in in the process of completing the order, which costs LP and makes you wait extra time because dodging in champion select causes your account to be temporarily barred from re-entering queue. Because of that, some other boosters cancel the order and keep the payment, but I did not, I was reasonable and kept playing despite the order potentially taking a game longer + the extra 20 or so minutes to wait for the ban, to enter queue and find another game, and to complete champion select once again. Again, I apologize for my actions, yes I was wrong, but I also feel like this was REALLY blown out of proportion. Is it really fair for you to keep the rank I boosted you to, the money, flame me when I guaranteed your account will be safe, and ruin my business?

Last game I played on the account was 8 days ago, the account is still active and shows a normal game played 4 days ago.

 

The account having a toxic history doesn't mean you should be toxic on the account. Your behavior was inexcusable, however I'm leaning towards supporting this. Why? Because you've shown a lot of remorse here by owning up to your mistakes, and you handled the situation in a swift, mature manner. Also thank you for using the correct format.
