TWC Appeal

Got TWC'd by @Champ for an issue that was already resolved by another mod @King . The original "scam" report involves a BTC payment that was sent to a customer, who is a known scammer on Sythe (which I found out after the fact). The customer was upset that the payment sent did not have as high of a transaction fee as he wanted it to have. To set the record straight, the BTC network has been flooded for the past week thus making transaction send fees very high (as high as $10+ at one point). Because of this we have been sending the lowest recommended fee by blockchain to avoid such ridiculously high fees. The report was resolved by @King and the user continued to spam more threads with inappropriate titles which were also closed. The user opened another thread this morning which led to @Champ restating the issue had already been resolved (which it was) but felt the need to give me TWC: Gyazo - f45eab4406a2232992c16452ad6d651c.png .

Clearly a miscommunication on Mod ends and for me to receive a TWC because of it is unfair and unjust. The payment was sent immediately upon receiving the gold.

 

I am voting no. Why? You just got your TWC, and you have no vouches since the TWC was issued.
I understand you are a reputable gold shop, and it may have been an unfortunate situation, but rules are rules.

I believe the TWC is a little unwarranted to a degree, I mean he did send payment immediately afterwords. this is sort of similar to the mishap a week or so ago, and I ended up having to pay a customer anyways even though he sent a very very low fee.

I vote yes on the removal
